By accessing and using BookSphere ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
BookSphere provides a booking platform that enables service businesses to:
- Create and manage online booking pages
- Accept appointments and collect payments
- Send automated reminders and notifications
- Manage customer relationships and booking history
- Customize branding and booking experience
User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Subscription Plans and Billing
Plan Types
- Free Plan: Limited bookings per month with basic features
- Pro Plan: Unlimited bookings with advanced features
- Premium Plan: Multi-staff support and priority features
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal business activities
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
Content and Data
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including business information, branding assets, and customer data. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.
Data Backup
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining copies of your important data. We recommend regular exports of your booking and customer information.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.
Termination
By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with appropriate notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookSphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookSphere from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
